Dynamo midfielder Pavlo Liusin, who scored a hat-trick in the Round 26 National League U19 match against Shakhtar, shared his thoughts after the victory:
— A 4:1 win over Shakhtar - what could be better?
— I don’t know what could be better than winning a Ukrainian championship match against Shakhtar - the most principled opponent for Dynamo.
— Dynamo hadn’t beaten Shakhtar by a three-goal margin in a long time. What helped achieve this result today?
— It all started in the dressing room and with our preparation during the week. To win we had to show character. We did that - we wanted the victory more.
— Did the pause caused by the air raid help or disrupt your game?
— The interruption didn’t really help us. We were leading 2:0 and playing better than the opponent. It benefited them for a bit but not for long.
— You scored three goals today. Did you dream of something like this? Did you ever imagine scoring a hat-trick against Shakhtar?
— Scoring a hat-trick, especially against such a strong team, is a dream. I’m very satisfied with myself and our team.
— Dynamo are still three points behind Shakhtar in standings. Is everything now in your hands? What needs to happen to overtake them?
— It would make us happy if Shakhtar drop points somewhere while we just keep playing and winning our matches.
