The game will start at 19:00.
Dynamo: emotions, game practice and tonus
The last UPL fixture against FC Illichivets Mariupol was anything but simple for the White-Blues. Oleh Husiev scored the decider only several minutes before the time. Besides Andriy Yarmolenko was sent off and he’ll miss the game against Zorya.
On October 30 Kyivans defeated FC Shakhtar Sverdlovsk within the Ukrainian Cup Round of 16 (4:0). After the match Oleh Blokhin stated that this game was a chance for players, who lack game practice, to get it. The only episodes which alarmed Dynamo fans was Husiev’s appearance instead of Sydorchuk in the second half. We hope that Serhiy is fine.
Kyivans have very tight schedule. Still in October they won five games out of six (one draw).
Zorya: serious attitude of mind and home arena
The start of current season was promising for Yuriy Vernydub’s men. Luhansk side managed to defeat FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk away (3:1) and to draw against FC Metalist Kharkiv (2:2).
After that they suffered several defeats, which caused rumors about head coach’s resignation. Still that didn’t happen. After 14 matchdays Zorya have 19 points.
Speaking about Avanhard Stadium, it has artificial turf, which plays into hands of home side sometimes.
Face to face:
Dynamo have already faced Zorya 24 times within the UPL (W-19, D-4, L-1, goal difference – 50:8).
Last time Kyivans took the field against Luhansk team in April of 2013 and defeated Vernydub’s men 0:5.
