On September 8, Ukraine national team played a friendly against Czech Republic at the Doosan Arena in Plzen.
Ukraine opened the score halfway through the first half. Tymchyk found Korniyenko inside the penalty area and the latter sent the ball into the net.
Late in the game it seemed that visitors wouldn’t let victory slip away, but in a stoppage time Vydra hit the upper corner from the box line – 1:1.
Five FC Dynamo Kyiv representatives featured for Ukraine in this match – Denys Boiko, Olexandr Syrota, Olexandr Tymchyk, Mykola Shaparenko and Serhiy Buletsa, who currently plays for FC Zoria Luhansk on loan.
