- I’m really glad I’ve joined such a great club with serious ambitions. I hope I’ll be making headway together with the team. I know a lot about Dynamo. I used to feature alongside Milos Ninkovic and Goran Gavrancic for the national team and they spoke well of the club. It sounded like a fairy tale, but when I came here I realized it’s all true.
- You used to perform for Blackburn Rovers FC in England and Gençlerbirliği in Turkey. What are your impressions of football in these countries?
- I’ve gained significant experience. I was really young when I joined Blackburn and learned a lot in England as I played alongside top-class performers. In Turkey I faced different football culture. Still I think years I spent there were useful for me.
- Do you feel most comfortably playing as supporting midfielder? Can you perform on other positions?
- I used to play on other positions, but I can benefit the team much more when I perform as supporting midfielder.
- You scored 15 goals for FK Partisan and 5 for Gençlerbirliği. Do you like to join attacks?
- Sure, I often come to opponents’ penalty area. Dynamo mostly use wings and crosses into the box, which is good for me. I hope I’ll score.
- How long will it take you to adapt to the team?
- I think I’ll get used to Dynamo very quickly as I watched their games in the Europa League. I guess I’ll find common ground with the head coach and I’ll benefit the team.
- Does Ukrainian league resemble you Serbian considering that two teams here actually struggle for the title?
- Not only Dynamo and Shakhtar are claimants upon the title here. Dnipro have reached the Europa League final.
- When player joins some team as free agent he doesn’t experience serious pressure. Does that make you feel better?
- Every player, who features for Dynamo experiences some pressure. This is the greatest team in Eastern Europe.
