Rakhmil Davydovych is a military doctor, who used to work at different medical facilities for 60 years. In 1941 he went to war to defend Motherland.
After war Rakhmil Davydovych did military service in occupied Germany for some time. In 1957 Surkis family moved to Kyiv.
In 2002 Rakhmil Surkis retired.
