Serhiy Sydorchuk: “We’re almost ready physically, fatigue is mostly mental”

FC Dynamo Kyiv skipper Serhiy Sydorchuk has told about the White-Blues’ training camp in Turkey.

- The fatigue at training camps is mostly mental. We’re almost ready physically. The toughest one was the fifth day – when we played against Levski. But then we had rest and got back to the training process.

- Before the day off it seemed the team was tired. Was that really so?

- I don’t think we were tired physically. We fulfilled a really significant amount of work in the match against Levski. It’s more about psychology.

- Dynamo often have two sessions a day. How do players deal with that?

- That’s pretty fine. You just need to get used to it. The same can be said about the match on arrival day.

- Do you feel the difference between training camps in Spain and in Turkey?

- In Spain it was better in terms of weather and fields quality, but here we have a wider range of teams we can oppose. Generally everything is really well.
