- I guess fans enjoyed the game. There were a lot of chances and goals. Every game against Shakhtar is important to us. I’m thankful to players for taking it seriously.
- Shall we see you in the UPL next season?
- I haven’t met the president of the club yet.
- Your players were more active after the break. What did you tell them after the first half?
- I don’t think we weren’t active in the first half. We started the game pretty well, controlled the ball and created chances. Shakhtar used our mistakes and equalized quickly. During the break players talked, analyzed the game and then took the field with different attitude.
- They criticize you a lot. Is it fair criticism?
- That’s natural for coaches. When the team wins everyone keeps silent. I’m ready for criticism and I take it. I agree this season was a complete failure for us. There are many reasons for that and we’ll discuss them with president.
I’m ready for everything, but there are some fault finders, who always wait for opportunity to attack coach and president of the club. That’s not criticism. We analyze every game and move on.
- You used to have internship in European clubs. Is it possible to use the experience you got there?
- We try to do that. When I took charge of the team I invited coaches with my mentality and vision of club structure.
We’ve reached some goals. Dynamo U-21 and U-19 win their leagues. That’s important for every team. We don’t have a lot of foreigners in our league, so we must help youngsters make headway.
