- Unfortunately we conceded again. After that it was difficult play against such team as Chornomorets. Their opponents hit Odesa side target only 18 times this season.
- Are you satisfied with final score considering the run of play?
- I’m glad that players have shown their character. It’s always difficult to play after you concede. Chornomorets had chances as they were using counterattacks. They have high profile performers.
- At some point players couldn’t cope with their emotions. Is such behavior acceptable?
- Of course it’s not. Still referee also must work properly. He should talk to players at first and not just wait until someone loses temper.
- Referee could have sent players off a couple of times…
- Matos also could have got second booking for the foul against Husiev. We tried to equalize, played aggressively. In such matches yellow cards aren’t a big deal. It’s important that players demonstrated desire and aggression.
- Late in the match you played with two forwards. Are you going to keep using this tactical scheme?
- Sure, but as for the match against Chornomorets, we decided to start it with one forward. Ideye made a substitute appearance after the break and enforced our play.
- Did you tell something to Makarenko during the break? He was going behind Matos rather often in the first half.
- I told him before the match that Matos is a fast performer. After the break Yevhen played better.
