- We all realize that the next season will be very difficult. We’ll start our Europa League campaign with the group stage, but not with qualification. That’s why it’s important to work properly during the summer break.
Of course I memorized the most interesting and effective exercises and theoretical classes when I was a player. I hope I’ll use them in Dynamo.
There’s always strict discipline and mutual respect between coach and players in successful teams. I think it’s important to be able to speak the same language with performers. It’s impossible to avoid every conflict, but when the head coach really controls the training process it’s much easier to solve problems. It’s necessary to let players understand what you want from them.
