- I’m glad our performers have gladdened the whole Ukraine. We’ve conceded a couple of goals, but I guess that’s what makes football interesting. We should thank players, they did their best on the field. All of them acted like leaders. Khacheridi, Dragovic, Antunes, Danilo… Every player deserves being praised, not only Yarmolenko.
We felt comfortable after the score became 5:1 as we have fast performers. We could have scored more, but we could have conceded too. I think Everton are really high profile team.
When visitors made the score 1:1 there was silence at the stadium. It’s good that we netted the second goal quickly. I hope next time fans will keep supporting the team if something like that happens. It’s great to see the full house.
