- The game was difficult. Metalist are worthy opponent, besides it was their first home match of the season. It’s never easy to play against this team and I’m glad our performers struggled till the end. Anyway we’ve won and that matters first of all.
- In the previous game Yarmolenko made a substitute appearance, this time he was among first eleven. How can you estimate his play?
- Andriy is the leader of the team. Unfortunately he didn’t use several chances, but there’s no doubt that he works properly. He played till the final whistle even despite injury as we couldn’t make another substitution.
- What did you tell your performers during the break? In the second half Dynamo play changed…
- Unfortunately we lost our centre back because of injury. That’s a serious problem. Metalist scored rather quickly and, I think, we lacked confidence after that. Besides we didn’t use some good attacks.
- What can you say about penalty awarded for Dynamo?
- I didn’t see that episode. If our forward touched the ball first I think he was in possession.
- Did Dynamo really play better than Metalist?
- There were two different halves. In the first we played confidently. In the second, I guess, we underestimated our opponent. Besides Metalist made us defend a lot after the break.
- What did you tell Harmash after the final whistle?
- Unfortunately Denys is too emotional. He really wants to play and forgets a lot as he takes the field. It’s necessary to remind him everything. He’s not in his best conditions today, but I’m sure that Harmash is Dynamo future. I hope he’ll be reconditioning game after game. And not only Denys. It was a good match for Serhiy Rybalka. He just lost control several minutes before the time.
- Why were Veloso and Vukojevic absent?
- Miguel isn’t ready to play. He hasn’t been working for a week. Vukojevic has picked up an injury.
