The first afternoon session in Poland was held in the rain. First of all, it was about reconditioning and fitness. The team had a warm-up, did a number of exercises in squares and some running.
On Sunday, Dynamo will have regular training session aimed at preparations for the Champions League 3rd qualifying round matches against SK Sturm Graz. The first leg will take place on Wednesday, August 3, in Lodz.
