Dynamo Kyiv midfield player Oleksandr Aliyev has been suspended for two club competition matches by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Committee following his sending-off in the UEFA Champions League defeat by Arsenal FC.
The 23-year-old was dismissed during the Champions League Matchday 5 fixture between Arsenal and Dynamo Kyiv at the Emirates stadium on 25 November, which the English side won 1-0. Oleksandr has already missed the encounter against Fenerbahçe and will be sidelined for the first leg of the UEFA Cup Round of 32 tie.
