The match took place at the Dynamo Stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskyi.
The White-Blues started the game with domination. 32 minutes into the match they turned their advantage into goal. Viktor Tsyhankov effectively finished spectacular situation. However, this goad was unfairly cancelled due to offside that didn’t happen.
In a minute the Gunners had their best chance of the match. Serhiy Hryn took a free kick and hit the bar.
Anyway, Dynamo opened the score at last. Mykola Moroziuk put a cross into the penalty area and Mikkel Duelund scored his first goal for our team.
Early in the second half Dynamo goalkeeper Heorhiy Bushchan committed a foul outside the box and was sent off. Thus Olexandr Khatskevych had to substitute Duelund with Denys Boiko.
73 minutes into the match Artem Besedin took the field. He’s finally recovered after injury. A couple of minutes later another Dynamo player got a red card. The White-Blues centre back Artem Shabanov fouled roughly in the midfield.
By the way, referee also sent Olexandr Khatskevych off. After that Tamas Kadar replaced Benjamin Verbic.
Still, even though Arsenal had two players more, they didn’t manage to equalize.
