The game will start at 19:30 at the NSC Olimpiyskyi.
Dynamo: leaders at last
In the previous matchday Serhiy Rebrov’s men flattened FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk away and came out on top in the Ukrainian Premier League standings. It took Dynamo 939 days to regain leadership.
On Thursday the White-Blues played a very difficult game against Aalborg BK within the Europa League and won featuring outnumbered. The match was exhausting, but Kyivans must be hundred per cent ready for the forthcoming fixture as they know how to recondition when the schedule is tight.
This will be the third game between Dynamo and Karpaty this autumn. In September and October they faced each other in the Ukrainian Cup round of 16. The White-Blues won both first and second leg 1:0.
At the moment Dynamo and UPL top striker is Artem Kravets with seven goals to his mane. Andriy Yarmolenko has netted six and Jeremain Lens – three.
Leaders in the number of assists are Younes Belhanda and Andriy Yarmolenko (4 each).
Karpaty: to start not with zero, but with minus
This week Karpaty became the UPL main outsider as they were deprived of six points according to the Football Federation of Ukraine control and disciplinary committee decision. Now they have “-1” point.
Of course that can have a negative impact upon the Green-Whites psychological state. On the other hand they have no backing space and maybe they’ll have more passion to win.
Anyway Lviv side demonstrated unimpressive results even before disciplinary punishments this season: two victories, two draws and six defeats with goal difference 10:17.
The best striker of the team is Gregor Balažic with four goals to his name.
