The White-Blues couldn’t count on two leading performers in this game. Serhiy Sydorchuk and Domagoj Vida got injured in the UEFA Europa League match against BSC Young Boys. Good news was the return of centre back Yevhen Khacheridi.
Both sides started the game carefully. Dynamo created the first chance. Gonzalez hit the post, but before that Mbokani was flagged offside. Later Rakytskyi took a free kick, but the wall blocked his shot.
After the break Marlos sent the ball over the bar from inside the box while Moroziuk and Harmash tested Piatov from outside it.
Halfway through the second half Moraes substituted Buialskyi. Junior had a chance to hit the target, but Butko blocked his shot with a hand inside the penalty area! Referee ignored that episode.
So, the outcome of the game is goalless draw.
