The White-Blues weren’t in the best mood before this game. They didn’t manage to defeat FC Astana at home within the UEFA Europa League group stage (2:2) and besides had domestic league winless streak that included three matches.
Comparing with the abovementioned game against Astana, Dynamo coaching staff made two substitutions in the starting lineup. Vitaliy Mykolenko and Mykola Moroziuk replaced Josip Pivaric and Nazariy Rusyn. Thus, Benjamin Verbic performed as the only forward.
In the first half Dynamo proved they have attacking problems again, but in a stoppage time managed to open the score. Tsyhankov put a cross into Desna penalty area and Burda headed the ball in.
After the break the situation could get worse for the White-Blues, but Bezborodko hit the post after low cross from his teammate. This episode made Dynamo cheer up and 67 minutes into the match Benjamin Verbic doubled the score.
After that our team felt more confident and upset visitors’ goalkeeper two more times.
At first Kedziora hit the target and then Tsyhankov made the score 4:0.
So, the outcome is Dynamo lopsided win.
