The first leg in Kyiv also ended in 1:1 draw that time. The majority of experts were sure that Valencia CF would reach the next stage.
Still in the return match Kyivans applied serious pressure and used counterattacks. Eventually Artem Kravets scored brace that made the final score satisfactory for Dynamo – 2:2!
