Before the game, Kyivans occupy a very unusual spot in the second part of the league table. However, Dynamo have played much fewer games this season than other teams – only three.

Rescheduling was about the White-Blues’ euro cups qualifying campaign. Anyway, the team has already ended its journey on European arena and now can focus on the UPL. Kyivans are the league leaders in terms of the points lost.

The preparations for the match against Vorskla actually started only on Friday, after Dynamo internationals rejoined the club on Thursday. As usually, a lot of Dynamo representatives were called up to their national teams – 14 this time. Mykola Shaparenko wasn’t able to help Ukraine due to health issues.

Beside the injured players, Mircea Lucescu can’t count on Olexandr Syrota, who was sent off in the previous UPL game.

By the way, the match against Vorskla can become the 300th with Dynamo for the midfielder Vitaliy Buialskyi.
