He took the field 62 minutes into the game and thus made his debut for the national team. He’s the Yellow-Blues 56th player from our club.
He performed several effective actions including pass to Andriy Yarmolenko after which Maksimovic fouled against our winger which resulted in penalty and 2:0 for Ukraine.
After the final whistle Besedin stated:
- I dreamed of this debut and I’m very thankful for such opportunity to coaches and teammates.
We have a good team and I hope this wasn’t my last game for Ukraine.
