Before the open training session FC Dynamo Kyiv halfback Vladyslav Kabayev told how players get ready for major part of work at the gym:
- Not everyone likes the gym, but we realize we all need that. We’ve been working out at the new gym for a year already. We do this every day. It’s an integral part of player’s life.
We’ve got physical trainers, nutritionist, besides I work with one more coach, so there’s a lot of ways to do better.
Who arrives at the training ground first? Buialskyi is always the first to arrive. Sometimes I arrive an hour or an hour and a half before the session and his car is already there. He says that no matter what time I arrive, he will always be here earlier (smiles).
