Dynamo Kyiv defender Vladyslav Dubinchak has been moved from the reserve list to the main squad of the Ukrainian national team.
This decision was made by head coach Serhiy Rebrov after it became clear that Vitaliy Mykolenko would not be able to help the team due to injury. It is worth noting that this is not Dubinchak’s first call-up to the national team camp although he has not yet made his debut for Ukraine’s senior side.
As a reminder, the Yellow-Blues will play two 2026 World Cup qualifying matches – on September 5 against France and on September 9 against Azerbaijan. Currently, four Dynamo players are in the national team camp – in addition to Dubinchak, they are defender Taras Mykhavko, midfielders Mykola Shaparenko and Nazar Voloshyn.
