FC Dynamo Kyiv statement as foras for UEFA verdict concerning incidents that happened during the Champions League group stage matchday 3 game between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Chelsea FC.
Considering that several Ukrainian media have stated that FC Dynamo Kyiv appeal has been dismissed we inform about the following.
On December 1 2015 FC Dynamo Kyiv got comprehensive text of UEFA decision concerning incidents that took place during the Champions League group stage matchday 3 game between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Chelsea FC.
It’s well-known that sanctions have been imposed against the club. According to UEFA regulations the club has three days to inform about the intention to challenge this decision. After that appeal can be lodged within five days. According to FC Dynamo Kyiv direction decision legal department of the club is getting all the documents necessary for appeal ready.
