There’re no significant changes in the White-Blues training schedule. Before every session on the field the team has a theory class, where coaches explain performers their vision.
Warm-up is obligatory element of every session which helps to get muscles ready. Physical trainers invent different competitions for players to make the process more interesting.
Besides on August 19 Kyivans played a training match. One team tried to hit the big target while another attempted to take the ball through two bars on the opposite side of the field.
Traditionally the session finished with shots on goal. Keepers had a lot of work. Vitaliy Buialskyi scored the most spectacular goal from outside the box.
Viktor Tsyhankov and Artem Shabanov worked separately. On Thursday they’ll rejoin the team.
On August 21 the White-Blues will play the first official game of the season – against FC Olimpik Donetsk. The match will take place at the Dynamo Stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskyi. Kick-off – 17:00.
