On Monday, November 20, Ukraine national team played the final Euro 2024 qualifier – against Italy in Leverkusen.
The game ended in a goalless draw which means Ukraine finish third in the group.
Three FC Dynamo Kyiv player were on the Yellow-Blues’ squad list – goalkeeper Heorhiy Bushchan, defenders Olexandr Tymchyk and Vladyslav Dubinchak.
Tymchyk made a substitute appearance in the 86th minute.
Now Ukrainians have a chance to qualify for Euro-2024 through the Nations League playoffs that takes place in spring.
