The following day after the friendly against the Uzbekistani side Pakhtakor (5:1), Dynamo had one session on the field.
It was mostly of recovery kind. There wasn’t much tactics training or exhausting physical exercises. Instead, the team had a number of competitive exercises mostly aimed at individual skills.
After scamper, the White-Blues did a set of exercises for core muscles. Then outfield players and goalkeepers worked separately.
Outfield players’ session began with headers competition while players who took their shoot performed the role of keepers. Some of them demonstrated pretty good reaction, by the way.
Then coaches offered players another small competition. Being divided into two teams they had to hit a small goal from 16-meter distance. The peculiar feature was that the ball wasn’t supposed to touch the ground while shooting was allowed only with weaker foot. The contest was quite emotional.
Then the teams competed in a limited space with a limited number of touches allowed. The task was to hit a small goal again, but each team had four goals this time.
The session finished off with the exercise players really like – tennisball. Emotions and passion raged on the field again.

Goalkeepers worked separately all this time. Today Mykhailo Mykhailov had six keepers. Viacheslav Surkis and Yuriy Avramenko joined the group.
Goalkeepers’ session was also emotional. More experienced ones – Heorhiy Bushchan, Ruslan Neshcheret and Valentyn Morhun – competed against their younger colleagues – Denys Ihnatenko, Yuriy Avramenko and Viacheslav Surkis. The experiences succeeded this time.
