On the third day of the training camp in Turkey the White-Blues had two sessions.
The morning one started with strength exercises for which the coaching staff prepared various stations right on the field – with dumbbells, barbells and other equipment. Then Kyivans worked with the ball. During one of the exercises players were divided into sixes and competed in a mini-relay.
The afternoon training began with running. Players, divided into groups, had to run a certain distance at a given pace. In the first days of the training camp players often have to deal with interval running.
