- Was this win a way to make amends for the previous defeat?
- Yes, we had special attitude to this game. First of all, we needed to get united. The defeat in the first spring match had a serious impact.
- Dynamo didn’t maintain possession a lot today which isn’t really typical for the UPL. Are you ready for this kind of football?
- We were going to play the way Dynamo always do, but there were certain factors that didn’t let us do this throughout the match. Besides, the turf wasn’t really good. The final score was our priority today.
- When Buialskyi scored, the whole team rushed to Mircea Lucescu. What did that mean?
- He’s doing a great job with the team which helps players make headway. It was the gesture of support and unity. We showed youngsters we must fight for each other.
- This was the second game in a row you played alongside Diachuk. Are you getting used to that?
- We played some friendlies at the training camp like this. It’s comfortable for me to play alongside him. But official games are different. It takes time to find a common ground. I think we’re on the right track.
- You’ve succeeded against your direct competitors. Does this mean Dynamo are ready to fight for the title?
- Sure, we’re not going to give up. We’ll fight till the end.
