The international break has reached its halfway point, which means the resumption of club football competitions is approaching. Dynamo Kyiv are working hard to prepare for the return of official matches – on Thursday, Ihor Kostiuk’s team held another training session at the club’s training base in Vita-Lytovska.
The team began the training day with a warm-up in the gym, which helped the players prepare for the upcoming workload. The work continued on the football pitch, where the Dynamo players first performed running exercises.
Next, the team focused on passing. The players worked on improving their passing in various game scenarios.
After that, attention was focused on ball control and finishing attacks. The players were divided into two teams, which had to make ten accurate passes and finish the attack with a goal. Neutral players could assist both groups.
The training session ended with a traditional two-sided game on a reduced-size pitch.
We would like to remind you that Dynamo’s next official match will take place on October 11. The opponent of the “white and blues” in the 8th round of the Ukrainian Premier League will be Karpaty Lviv. The match will kick off at 15:30.
