There’s one matchday left in the 2022/23 Ukrainian Premier League – that takes place on Sunday.
FC Dynamo Kyiv will face FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv away (at the V. Bannikov Stadium in Kyiv). Kharkiv side are fighting to avoid relegation playoffs while the White-Blues will definitely finish 4th this season.
Kyivans started preparations for the match on Wednesday as on Tuesday they had a day off after the game against FC Veres Rivne.
Thursday session started at the new gym at Dynamo training ground. Upon taking the field, the team congratulated Volodymyr Shepelev on his 26th birthday.
After warm-up, goalkeepers worked with Mykhailo Mykhailov while outfield players – under the charge of Olexandr Shovkovskyi. Mircea Lucescu followed the session carefully and even went to the field to explain some things to players.
At first outfield performers worked on possession skills in squares. Then goalkeepers joined them for tactics exercises.
This week Dynamo have one session a day. On Saturday afternoon they’ll have a theory class. The Sunday game starts at 15:00.
