Dynamo U19 prepares in Poland for UEFA Youth League match against Brommapojkarna

Dynamo U19 team has started the final stage of preparation for the first leg of the 2nd round of the UEFA Youth League Champions Path for the 2025/2026 season against the Swedish club Brommapojkarna. The match will take place on Wednesday, October 22, in the Polish town of Stalowa Wola.

The white-and-blues arrived at the venue on Monday afternoon, had lunch, rested and have already held two training sessions on the practice field next to Stal Stalowa Wola Stadium.

At first Igor Kostyuk’s players focused on recovery after the trip, ball work, finishing attacks and shooting practice. The next day they devoted more time to tactical drills, ball control and other engaging exercises.

The team is in a good mood with extra positivity coming from Kostiantyn Hubenko’s birthday – the entire squad congratulated him in the locker room and before training they made a “live corridor” for him on the pitch. According to head coach Ihor Kostyuk, all the players are highly motivated and don’t need any extra encouragement.

Five players born in 2006 have traveled with the team to Stalowa Wola. According to the regulations three of them will be included in the matchday squad. In general all players are healthy and ready to participate in tomorrow’s match.

The Dynamo – Brommapojkarna game will take place at Stal Stalowa Wola Stadium kicking off at 14:00 Kyiv time (13:00 local time).

Everyone is invited to come and support Dynamo’s youth team – admission is free.
