Serhiy Rebrov’s men had two training sessions this day.
“Vamos! Faster!”
In the morning assistant coach and physical trainer Raul Riancho took the floor. He had recourse to interpreter Borys Ishchenko.
“You’d better skip one training day then be unable to work to the max for several weeks after that. Still there’s difference between really exhausted organism and usual muscle fever, which is absolutely normal”.
Aleksandar Dragovic decided to give ear to this advice as he was footsore. Meanwhile Vladyslav Kalytvyntsev rejoined the team after common cold.
Hereafter Raul didn’t need interpreter’s help. “Uno! Dos! Tres! Cuatro! One! Two! Three! Four!”, - set Riancho the pace as players were stretching. “Vamos! Faster!”.
The morning warm-up was very active. In such a way performers worked on their speed. Still they also trained with the ball.
The final exercise was “policeman and breaker” game. As two players were jogging in place Raul raised blue or white cone. After that one performer was supposed to chase another.
After that serious tactical work started. Outfield players were divided into two groups – ten performers each. One group worked with Raul Riancho and another – with Serhiy Rebrov. On both halves on the field five defenders and goalkeeper opposed five attacking players.
Dynamic evening training session
It wasn’t quiet at MarbellaFootballCenter in the evening. At first Dynamo delegation saw police and then – a lot of fans wearing Fortuna Düsseldorf stuff. Later FC Basel bus arrived. These two sides were going to play a friendly.
After stretching Dynamo outfield players and goalkeepers did a very interesting exercise. There were three woodworks instead of two. Each performer was supposed to fulfill a certain amount of actions in every attack. That looked really dynamic.
That took the major part of evening training session. Kyivans also played a mini-match on a smaller pitch. Players were allowed to make only two touches in the midfield.
