On Thursday, August 13, Dynamo Kyiv will play the second leg of their UEFA Conference League third qualifying round tie. The White-Blues will travel to Baku, where they will face Qarabag at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium.
UEFA's Referees Committee has appointed an all-English officiating team for the match, led by Stuart Attwell.
The 43-year-old referee has extensive experience officiating in the English Premier League, having made his debut in the top flight during the 2008/2009 season. He became a FIFA referee in 2009.
