- Dynamo have lost points in domestic league only once so far and gone through to the Ukrainian Cup round of 16… Do you consider start of the season to be a success?
- I do, but we should have avoided draw against FC Olimpik Donetsk. We had to win. Still in general start of the season was fine for us.
- You scored early openers against FC Vorskla Poltava, FC Illichivets Mariupol and FC Metalist Kharkiv and won those matches. Was it your task?
- Coaching staff didn’t lay special stress on early openers, but it’s always important to hit the target as soon as possible not to experience pressure.
- Does Serhiy Rebrov choose different tactical schemes for different matches?
- Our tactics is usually pretty much the same. We must play our football and find ways to any team’s goal.
- Today many young Ukrainian performers get game practice in Dynamo. Do you consider that to be risky?
- I don’t. We demonstrate good results. It’s not about players’ age or nationality. It’s about their skills and physical conditions.
- Does current situation in Ukraine influence you or your teammates?
- We don’t think about that as we take the field, but in everyday life difference between normal state of affairs and current situation is noticeable. Neither I, nor my family or friends are in dangerous regions, so I’m fine.
- What can you say about your next opponent FC Chornomorets Odesa?
- Last season they had good players, but I don’t know who’s left the team. Anyway the game against Chornomorets won’t be easy. We’ll struggle for positive result.
- Are you in your best conditions after return from the World Cup?
- Not yet. I had a three-week vacation, so now I’m reconditioning.
