Skenderbeu midfielder Gjergji Muzaka put his side ahead in the 39th minute with a curling shot into the near post from the edge of the home side penalty area.
Things improved almost immediately after the break, however, as Serhiy Sydorchuk, who captained Dynamo that evening, restored parity with a stunning strike before Moraes and Mbokani sealed a comfortable 3-1 victory for the Kyivans at the Olimpyiskyi stadium.
The win put Dynamo Kyiv top of their Europa League group after Matchday 1, with Young Boys held to a 1-1 draw by Partizan in Bern.
