Serhiy Boyko from Ivankiv, Kyiv region, has been appointed to referee the capital derby between Dynamo and Arsenal at the Lobanovskyy Dynamo stadium on Sunday, September 26. He will be assisted by Oleksandr Matyash (Poltava) and Vladyslav Tipanov (Kyiv region), while Dmytro Kutakov (Brovary) has been named fourth official.
Born on 30 June 1977, Serhiy Boyko began refereeing in 1999, moving up to the top-flight level in 2008. He has overseen four league games this season, issuing 15 yellow cards and awarding one penalty.
Kyivers Volodymyr Troshkin and Serhiy Dzyuba will act as FFU delegate and referee observer, respectively.
