- Welcome to the training camp, Mikkel! How do you feel?
- Thank you! I’m totally fine. I had a small vacation after European Championship (U-21). I’m happy to rejoin the team and I can’t wait to get back to work. My bones are okay, so I’m looking forward.
- Denmark earned 6 points at the European Championship, but didn’t reach playoffs…
- Yes, we’ve won two games out of three. I think the format of the competition is far from perfect. As for me, two victories must be enough to qualify for playoffs.
- This is your first training camp with Dynamo. What’s important and difficult for you at the moment?
- I’m happy to be here. This is my first chance to start the season with the team. I’m here and I want to play football. I’m in a good mood.
- What’s the atmosphere in the team like?
- It’s great! There’re no conflicts between players. Everyone communicates with each other. It’s awesome.
- Which competition will be the most important for you next season?
- Personally for me it’s important to win the domestic league and leave FC Shakhtar Donetsk behind. That’s my priority. But of course we have other competitions too. First of all we need to qualify for the Champions League. If we fail, then to the Europa League. We have a good team and we can oppose best clubs of the world.
- What would you like to tell supporters?
- Come to the stadium! We really need you! Kyiv is the biggest city of Ukraine and Dynamo have best fans. When there’re a lot of supporters at the stadium, that’s very motivating.
