Dynamo Kyiv defender Navin Malysh shared his thoughts on his return to the team and spoke about the upcoming match against Bukovyna.
– Dynamo are currently having a short break, as the team are skipping the round of 32 of the Ukrainian Cup as a participant in European competitions. How important is it to get a break after the opening part of the season?
– Of course, the team will be able to recover after a difficult period of travelling and will have enough time to prepare for the league matches. I believe this break will do us good.
– You returned to Dynamo after a loan spell and have already managed to play for the “white-and-blues” in several matches at the start of the season. How would you assess this period?
– Not bad, but I want to play and help the team more. I will do everything I can to achieve that.
– How much motivation does this opportunity to establish yourself in the team give you?
– Playing for Dynamo is every player’s dream. That gives me great motivation to work every day. I will simply continue to improve.
– Dynamo’s next opponent in the championship, Bukovyna, will play in the Ukrainian Cup this week. Will this give you an advantage?
– I hope this will work in our favour. We will be able to prepare well and give everything we have on the football pitch.
– In the previous two seasons, Dynamo and Bukovyna played each other in the semi-finals of the national cup. Will this fact make the upcoming clash more significant?
– Every game is very important for us. We need to win regardless of the opponent.
