After defeating Kryvbas in Kryvyi Rih, the White-Blues returned to Kyiv late on Monday evening, while the team had a day off on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the Dynamo players returned to work, holding their first training session of the week. Before taking to the pitch, the team had a theoretical session during which they analysed the previous game.
The training session itself began with a warm-up, during which the players performed a series of intensive exercises.
The players were then divided into two groups. For those who took part in the match against Kryvbas, the session was recovery-focused. After completing some exercises with the ball aimed at finishing attacks, they continued their work in the gym.
The remaining players had a full training session. All the exercises were intensive, and the team worked with the ball throughout.
At the end of the session, the players competed in a small-sided game involving goalkeepers on a small section of the pitch, divided into three mini-teams.
It should be noted that Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Bohdan Redushko and Vitalii Buialskii, who have recovered from their injuries, trained with the main group.
