- Mister, what do you think of the expiring year?
- I won’t estimate the whole year, I want to summarize what happened on the field today. We were doing well, but not every player can cope with the pressure. Especially it is subject to our young defenders, who keep making mistakes.
We created a lot of chances, had good combinations, but lacked final shot, final pass due to the fuss. We were in a hurry, so players were making wrong decisions.
Today we faced decent team that defended orderly, played with dedication. There were a lot of pauses, but that’s natural. Every side aims to gain points.
I think there definitely was a foul against Sydorchuk inside Zoria box. I don’t understand referees’ logic. When we played against Vorskla, Stepaniuk just slammed into Sydorchuk and penalty was awarded. Today there was a definite foul and no penalty.
By the way, last season we finished the year with the match against Kolos and the referee was the same. Back then he made a lot of mistakes and we played in a draw – 2:2. This year it happened again.
That’s very important. Shakhtar have significantly enforced their lineup and reached Dynamo level, so such referees’ mistakes can be decisive.
I really hope officials won’t influence battle for the title. I want everything to be settled on the field.
- Dynamo have lost points four times after 18 matchdays with four times at the home ground. What’s the reason?
- It doesn’t matter where we lost points. Our opponents play very defensively on our ground. The absence of Artem Besedin is an issue in such games.
Today we unleashed 27 shots. That’s a lot. We weren’t supposed to lose points. Still the quality of these shots wasn’t really good. Players were too fussy.
