Serhiy Rebrov and Vincenzo Montella are coevals. Ukrainian specialist is only 15 days older than his Italian opponent. Still AS Roma famous player has more significant experience as coach as before taking charge of ACF Fiorentina he worked for AS Roma and Catania.
Serhiy Rebrov (FC Dynamo Kyiv)
After Oleh Blokhin left the club Serhiy Rebrov became the caretaker manager. By the end of that season the White-Blues played 7 matches under his charge:

This season the White-Blues have already reached the Ukrainian Cup semifinals.

Dynamo have suffered only one defeat – in the Ukrainian Super Cup against FC Shakhtar Donetsk (0:2).

In the Europa League Dynamo have played 10 games under the charge of Rebrov: 7 wins, 3 defeats, goal difference – 22:11.
Vincenzo Montella (ACF Fiorentina)
Montella became Fiorentina head coach on June 11 2012 and after that the team started demonstrating good results. That season the Lilies finished 4th in Serie A. The following year they did that again.
2012/2013 season: 38 matches, 21 wins, 7 draws, 10 defeats, goal difference – 72:44, 70 points;
2013/2014 season: 38 matches, 19 wins, 8 draws, 11 defeats, goal difference – 65:44, 65 points;
2014/2015 season (not over): 30 matches, 13 wins, 10 draws, 7 defeats, goal difference – 43:34, 49 points.
In 2014 Montella’s men reached the national cup final, but lost.
2012/2013 season: 4 matches, 3 wins, 1 defeat, goal difference – 5:1;
2013/2014 season: 5 matches, 3 wins, 2 defeats, goal difference – 8:6;
2014/2015 season: 4 matches, 3 wins, 1 defeat, goal difference – 7:5.
In national tournaments Fiorentina under the charge of Montella have already played 119 matches: 62 wins, 25 draws, 32 defeats, goal difference – 200:134.
In the Europa League statistics looks as follows: 22 matches, 13 wins, 6 draws, 3 defeats, goal difference – 37:15.
Montella’s men demonstrate better results away in the Europa League, but Rebrov’s Dynamo have won each home fixture in this competition so far.
