FC Dynamo Kyiv faced FC Lviv away within the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 11. Although it was the first match after international break, it wasn’t too tough for the White-Blues. Kyivans were the first to concede, but then responded with four goals.
Oleh Dulub’s men, who were at the bottom of the league table before this match, focused on defensive efforts. This tactics was effective for a while as Dynamo couldn’t score despite constant attacks.
De Pena attempted after cross by Tsyhankov, but goalkeeper Kostyk coped with the strike. Supriaha missed the target from really close range. Mykolenko put some promising crosses from the left side. Generally, FC Lviv didn’t give visitors much space.
Meanwhile home side managed to use their opportunity. After cross from the free kick, Mykolenko handled the ball and, upon checking VAR, Kateryna Monzul awarded penalty. Cirjak converted from the spot. Still, in two minutes, Mykolenko found Buialskyi with a fabulous pass and Vitaliy made it 1:1.
Right before the break, in a stoppage time, Tsyhankov sent Dynamo up: after great assist from Shepelev, Viktor hit the near top corner with his right.
In the second half, the White-Blues kept dominating. Eventually our players used Brikner’s mistake, Harmash obtained the ball in front of the goal and scored.
Shortly before the time, Harmash got another one to his name. Denys attempted from distance, the ball hit Zozulia and crossed the goal line. So, Dynamo win 4:1.
