FC Dynamo Kyiv hosted FC Kolos Kovalivka within the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 6.
Remembering last year’s 2:2 home draw against this team and tough battle in the Ukrainian Cup Kyivans won on penalties, the White-Blues were very careful.
Still things were actually settled ten minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, de Pena entered the box and hit the far bottom corner – 1:0.
In the following attack, Dynamo doubled the score. Buialskyi passed to Shkurin, Illia found Shaparenko and Mykola made it 2:0 from close range.
Coaches often say that 2:0 is a dangerous score as it makes players relax, but this was not the case.
Mircea Lucescu’s men increased the lead soon. Kedziora headed the ball in after cross from the corner flag – 3:0. Then Buialskyi performed a true masterpiece. He rushed into the penalty area and sent it over goalkeeper with a spectacular chip – 4:0!
But this wasn’t it for the first half. De Pena scored another goal that resembles his first one – 5:0. And then, right before the break, Tsyhankov hit the target after accurate low cross by Carlos – 6:0.
The second half was a total formality, but still Dynamo scored another one. Tsyhankov made it 7:0 after cross from Mykolenko.
