On Saturday, April 13, FC Dynamo Kyiv faced FC Oleksandria away in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 24 game.
The White-Blues rushed forward straight away, but home side had the first chance. Fortunately Kulakov didn’t reach the ball after cross from Martyniuk.
Then Dynamo started creating opportunities. The shot by Andriyevskyi was blocked while goalkeeper parried the shot by Shaparenko from a tight angle.
In the 28th minute Vivcharenko dispossessed his opponent in the midfield, found Vanat, but Vladyslav missed.
It seemed the goal from visitors was a matter of time, but then the air raid alarm started that lasted about an hour and a half. As the game continued the teams exchanged chances. Diachuk cleared the ball from the goal line after corner. In the following attack Vanat didn’t reach the cross by Voloshyn.
In a few minutes Voloshyn was booked for a rough challenge against Lohinov while in a few minutes got his second yellow card and was sent off.
After the break Oleksandria mostly focused on wing crosses, but didn’t have a lot of real chances. Dynamo had an opportunity after mistake from Shevchenko, but then home side keeper blocked the shot by Shaparenko.
In the 59th minute another air raid alarm began which lasted about half an hour. Afterwards Oleksandria had a great opportunity. Kulakov obtained the ball inside the penalty area, but Vivcharenko dealt with the danger.
And then Dynamo scored. Brazhko dispossessed Kravchenko, passed to Shaparenko, Mykola tried to elude his opponent, the ball bounced back to Brazhko and Volodymyr hit the target.
Home side attempted to equalize, but mostly did wing crosses and shots from distance that were blocked by the White-Blues defence.
