Vitalii Lobko: «The Yo-Yo test and running work are the toughest parts of the training camp»

Dynamo Kyiv U19 forward Vitalii Lobko commented on first days of work at the training camp in Turkey.

- Training is going well, we’re working with two sessions a day. Psychologically I feel very good because I had a proper rest during the vacation. Now we’re back to training, we’ve arrived at the camp and everything is fine.

- Can it be said that the beginning of the training camp is the hardest period for footballers?

- Of course. Two training sessions a day are always tough but during the vacation we had an individual program so everyone kept working. That’s why we all came back from the break in good conditions and feel fine.

- What is the most difficult part of the training camp for you personally?

- The hardest things are definitely the Yo-Yo test, running work and some long-distance running drills. They’re necessary to train the respiratory system and to make things easier during matches later on.
