Dynamo Kyiv defender Vladyslav Dubinchak commented on the collision with Kudrivka player Ivan Petryak in an interview with UPL TV.
– I was very frightened at that moment. First of all, I want to apologise to Ivan’s family. It must be terrifying for loved ones to witness something like that. After the incident, I lost focus on the game for a while because it was emotionally difficult. As far as I understand, Ivan is doing well. I will definitely visit him in hospital to talk to him and apologise. I hope nobody ever has to experience situations like this.
– How are you feeling emotionally? How have you been since the collision?
– I briefly lost consciousness after the contact and landed on the pitch. Then I heard Ivan scream, quickly turned around and came to my senses. A small lump appeared afterwards, but I felt fine during the game.
