FC Dynamo Kyiv forward Vladyslav Vanat has been voted as the UPL best player in December-February and March. Having received both awards he commented upon this achievement:
- I’m grateful to my teammates for helping me win these awards. It’s our common merit. I’d be glad to win in the upcoming months as well.
- You’re currently the leading goalscorers of the league. Do you aim to win this race?
- First of all I want to win the league with the team, but being the best goalscorers is also good.
- Who supports your aspirations the most?
- My family and my girlfriend. They often come to the stadium to support me. We often discuss football at home. I try to listen to their advice they know what they’re talking about.
- What do you expect of the game against Oleksandria?
- I think this will be a tough game. Oleksandria have their style.
- Olexandr Tymchyk says that nine games remaining this season will be like nine finals. Do you agree?
- I’d say every game of the season is like a final to us. I hope we win every remaining match.
- Dynamo lost points twice recently – against Veres and LNZ. What did you lack to win?
- I can only say that neither player who took the field in those games demonstrated his best performance.
- Who’s the most disciplined player on the team? Who’s never late?
- No one’s late for training sessions. For instance, today I came here at 8:30 although the meeting time was 10:00.
