This night Stamford Bridge was crowded, but the support of Ukrainian fans was heard clearly.
Chelsea took the game under control at once and didn’t let visitors cross the midfield. Pedro had three scoring opportunities in the first half and used one of them. Giroud found him inside Dynamo box with a heel lass and Pedro sent the ball into the net.
Despite this goal, Denys Boiko did a great job in the first half and saved his team three times.
The second half was a bit different. Chelsea still held the initiative, but Dynamo also created opportunities from time to time. Still the White-Blues didn’t use them.
Mykolenko was our most active player. He defended, attacked and had a pretty good scoring chance, but Chelsea defenders blocked his shot.
65 minutes into the game Willian took a free kick and made the scored 2:0.
Late in the second half Dynamo had a couple of dangerous attacks, but didn’t manage to turn at least one of them into goal.
A minute before the time Kyiv side let Chelsea use a counterattack and as a result Hudson-Odoi scored the third goal of the game.
