- Who initiated partnership of two football schools?
- Actually it’s not some know-how. Two or three years ago FC Zirka was our farm-team. Eventually our partners broke the agreement. Players, we were interested in, started performing for other clubs.
Now we have a reputable partner. Besides we have got cooperation offer from Kyiv sports school №1. The point is that we want to increase the number of Kyivans in our Academy.
- What are the main points of cooperation?
- First of all it’s players exchange. Some performers will get more game practice in Kyiv Championship. FC Shakhtar Donetsk trainees have a possibility to play for the team from Alchevsk. Thus they are preparing for the next season. I hope that next year we’ll also have such agreement with some club. One can become better only competing with best.
- How can you estimate the start of Ukrainian National Youth Competition for Dynamo teams?
- This season we have very good opponents in our group. At the moment results leave much to be desired. Anyway our aim is to go through to Ukrainian National Youth Competition final stage.
- This summer all Dynamo Academy groups got new coaches. What can you tell about their adaptation?
- Let’s wait till the end of the season. This year every match is difficult. We analyze all problems that occur and try to solve them. Only the best must perform in the final stage.
