- How many titles have you already won?
- If I’m not mistaken, fourteen. Still technically we’ll win the title only after the next matchday.
- Are you excited?
- Sure. Before the start of any competition we set some goals. To reach them we fulfill some work. Sometimes mistakes and failures happen. Aim gives person motivation to move forward.
- What bothered you before the match against Vorskla?
- Analyzing last season, I can say this game against Vorskla wasn’t really of champions’ style. In the first half we acted aggressively and tried not to let Poltava side use counterattacks. After the break we didn’t follow our principles.
- What was happening in the locker room? Last year players poured Ihor Surkis over with champagne.
- The same happened this time.
- What will the match against FC Shakhtar Donetsk be like?
- On one hand it will be easier for us as it won’t have any tournament meaning. On the other hand matches of bitter rivals are always unpredictable.
- Have Dynamo demonstrated champions’ play today?
- Take a look at the league table. Champions’ play and position are defined throughout the whole season. Dynamo conceded only seven goals in the UPL this season which is a really worthy result.
- What can you say about this year?
- Time is a good teacher and healer. Of course what’s the most memorable is our domestic title. Analyzing my actions throughout the season I always pay attention to whether I keep improving my play. My participation in the match against Vorskla was questionable. Anyway we’ve won which is great. Now we’ll have two days off.
- Dynamo fans prepared special show for this match…
- I want to congratulate all our fans on this victory. Their support is really important to us. I’m very thankful to them. We must keep moving headway, demonstrate spectacular play and gladden them.
- Are you going to win the title with Dynamo next season? Aren’t you going to finish your career?
- If I win the title again I’ll do that only with Dynamo. I’ll talk to the head coach and president of the club. I haven’t signed new contract yet.
